• Supporting the management in organizational, administrative and strategic matters
• Independent project management (planning, implementation, control) within the framework of the Vienna Kaiser Wiesn
• Coordination and interface management between internal departments, external partners, authorities and service providers
• Preparation, organization and follow-up of meetings, appointments and events
• Creation of presentations, reports and decision bases
• Budget control, schedules and quality management in ongoing projects
• Participation in the further development of organizational procedures and processes
• Customer care / sales (new customers / existing customers)
• Planning calendar for managing directors (meetings / appointments...)

Qualifications

• High organizational and communication skills
• 3-5 years in a similar position

• Excellent knowledge of German and business fluent in written and spoken English
