We are looking for a Chef de Partie (m/f/d) who will ensure and be responsible for the kitchen brigade in operational kitchen operations. The team with enthusiasm and motivation to achieve top performance convinces our guests with their cooking skills
Tasks:
Instructing employees in all kitchen-related issues
Announcement of table and meal sequences (announce)
Preparation and serving of food
Ensuring hygiene regulations
We expect:
Good language skills in German (and English)
Several years of professional experience as a chef
Resilience, reliability, flexibility, motivation
Neat and clean appearance (proper work clothes, closed shoes)
Teamwork
Training as a chef is desirable, but not absolutely necessary. It can be made up for with appropriate professional experience
First experience in the kitchen at tent festivals, large events or large companies is an advantage
